Transitioning from breakfast to your next task can be challenging, but creating a morning routine can help. After enjoying a nutritious breakfast, set a specific time for your next task. Use a timer to create a sense of urgency, and consider incorporating a short, energizing activity, like stretching or a quick walk, to boost motivation. This can help you shift your mindset and prepare for the day ahead, making it easier to stay productive instead of going back to bed.

Before you have your breakfast it’s always better to write a plan for the day. This will help you identify the duties you need to complete that day. •Before you start listing, identify how much time you have until your bedtime. •Then after doing that list all the duties and next to each write down how long you think it will take you. • After doing all that, add up the minutes you wrote down next to each task. •Convert it to hours by dividing it by 60mins. •Now compare if the total amount of time you need to spend on the tasks are more or less or exactly the same amount of time left until your bedtime. •After doing that then you should now think for yourself if sleeping is the best option or not. •Then have your breakfast and do what you need to do because time is special. But if you want to go use sleep after eating , just go sleep if you think it’s right.

I wear new set of clothes that energise me, I do tasks given by my mom and check my phone messages and update my routine in apps.
