How do you train your mind to get past workouts that you think you can’t finish because of the difficulty?
Training your mind to push through challenging workouts involves building mental resilience. Start by setting small, achievable goals during your workouts to create a sense of accomplishment. Use positive self-talk and visualization techniques to reinforce your ability to finish. Establish a routine that includes regular exercise, making it a meaningful ritual in your day. Remember, every time you overcome a difficult workout, you strengthen your mental toughness, which translates to greater success in future challenges.
I often find myself doing a workout with heavier weights that I find challenging to do, which is why I try to remind myself after each set of how good I will feel and look once I master this weight. I focus on my food and supplements like creatine a and protein, which help me regenerate my muscles after these hard workouts. So basically I just visualize, and imagine my opps being mad hahaha, or just my mom being proud as-well! 💗
