How do you stay on track with healthy breakfast on the weekends?

Not something I am great at. I do good at home, making my own breakfast and managing what I eat, but as soon as I go out and see something that looks good I will eat as much junk as I can

I use an app called Lifesum. I can scan what I plan to eat beforehand, and it will tell me if it’s healthy or unhealthy, and how I can combine different foods for a complete breakfast. 10/10 would recommend. (The features I’ve mentioned are free)

A healthy breakfast shouldn’t be an obligation or somebody that you have to do instead of what you want. I remember how good it makes me feel so I try to hold on to the feeling that comes after it. So the key is to focus on the positive after effect
