According to various videos I’ve seen, you don’t! You make it so much a part of the daily routine that you just do it, like drinking water in the morning and eating breakfast and whatever. I’ve found that not making workouts too complicated but keeping enough flexibility to keep from getting bored helps me! Also, I decide ahead of time what moves I’ll do so I don’t have to think about it as I’m doing it. Good luck!
