Honestly it’s very hard, you just have to prioritize your duties accordingly. And have an accountability partner, also start small with your exercises eg. 5 minutes then longer.

It helps to schedule it in, and then treat it like a job you have to be at. N my experience, if I am even a little on the fence, I will tell myself I’m too busy and not exercise. If I’ve scheduled it, I usually meet my commitment. If you schedule and you know it’s going to be a challenging week, you can strategically determine how much time to devote each day., Making longer workouts scheduled for shorter admin days does help. Another trick is to exercise early, before your day begins. Then it doesn’t matter what happens in the rest of the day. You’re already ahead.

I schedule exercise everyday in my calendar

I prioritise it because I know is what I need to do to stay heathy

At first, you just have to start doing it. Then,it becomes part of life admin. You figure out how to work it in around hiccups, like not feeling well. I have a “low-impact” and a “high-impact” routine. I have them on a schedule. But, one “high-impact” morning I wasn’t feeling well. I was able to do the low-impact routine instead. Also, with kids, it’s important to get to before they do.

Im able to prioritise it becuase im able to align it to my current yet selfish goal. It also helped waking up early on the morning just so i can prepare for the exercise rather than do it after waking up, it will just make it worse because i wont enjoy it and hate it

Prioritizing exercise over life is a hard, if not unrealistic goal, as our daily lives are often unpredictable and full of obstacles. Instead, try figuring out a way to incorporate more “incidental” exercise (i.e. walking to nearby places rather than driving) and, over time, adding in regular exercise.

Just set an alarm 10 minutes earlier than usual, 10 minutes is all it takes, it is no big deal at all, I dont know why I haven’t been doing this sooner.
