It sure does! Having a good night sleep helps a whole lot.
Going to sleep before 1 A.M allows me to get up early in the morning and have a good start of the day (at least for me). I have the chance to take a good breakfast, do my work out and be more productive (in my case studying). Whereas if I wake up late (for me late is 10-11 A.M) I won’t be able to do everything that I wanted and needed.

Somewhat yeah I like to clean everything the evening like the dishes and tidy up the room (I am a student so the bedroom and the kitchen are in the same room)
I better like when I wake up early it gives me the impression the day is longer than when I go to bed very late.
Then I put on the BBC so that I can kick off the day with more vocabulary since I am learning English but also be aware of what happens around
I drink my glass of water, do some stretching and prepare my breakfast.
Once I finished I rest for about ten minutes and then start to work (yeah being in lockdown don’t allow me to go out… so I stay inside)

Your morning routine should always start the night before. Make a list of the things that you need to do in the morning. For example, i set mu alarm up for 7.30am and give it the title "Go walking". I make a list of things that I need to do in the morning like my classes and times, meetings for working and phone call to my family members. Its important to take a pen and write down what you need to do the next day. Don't forget to also add them to the calender on your phone or laptop.

Yes, anything I can do the night before I try to, it's helpful. Definitely at the very least I have water ready to be drinking at room temperature in the morning when I get up.
