I generally like to do hindu excercise like hindu pushup , dand which helps me to get inner strength and also good for body.Even suryanamskar is very beneficial. THOSE who can't join gym they can do hindu excercise for strength and flexibility

I want to be a professional musical performer, so I currently work a lot on my core and my back and my arms. I still need to have something simple and quick because I work a lot beside the musical school. So I work out 10 minutes each evening primarily sit-ups and back bends. And then I have dance lessons almost every day for some hours, where we do a lot of workouts and tecknique. So the exercise I love the most is of cause dancing with my group from school❤️
