Is it better to mix up the morning training or keep to a rigid exercise programme? I don’t want to get bored in the gym but want to focus on getting toned and fit so what’s the best option?

It’s what you want to do but if you don’t want to do it then I suggest you take a walk or run outside. If you want to do it but you just don’t have the motivation then why don’t you ask a friend to do the challenge with you?

for me, keeping some of the same exercises always helped to get to my goal. but sometimes you need to switch it up and not keep a rigid routine and be more flexible with it
