What is your most enjoyable way to exercise?

I really like waking up at 5 a.m. and just go running on stairs. I like to call it Stairs on stairs, because I run the stairs 2 times, then walk on them once, then run them 1 time, then just walk them again and run them 2 times. Then I just stretch, shower, meditate for 10 minutes and start my day.
