There is something that I've tried and it worked with perfectly first thing to do DO NOT LOOK AT THE PHONE second sit at the end of the bed don't just stay lying in the bed you will probably sleep again third wipe your face with your hands until you feel like you're refreshed a bit fourth drink water and go to the bathroom to wash your face fifth keep thinking of what makes you in a really good mood and you will probably feel how much life is really worth it and only thinking that will make motivated

if you are beginning this journey than just start with a walk outside choose good surrounding would be great if you could find area with some fresh and clean air so that you feel like walking there in the morning
