How do you motivate yourself to work out when you’re emotionally tired from the office?

As I do WFH workout must be done because without it my body won’t survive daily long time grinding at a laptop screen. I start out with strech, I strech everyday even if I don’t want to or will workout. It sets the mood for working out slowly and once I’m in the rhythm I just go with the flow.
