How do you motivate yourself to get up in the morning to workout?

If I'm to be honest, I don't complete a workout, at least not in the morning.
I just stretch, and do some flexibility and balance exercises, to get my body going before I face the day ahead.
One thing that motivates me, though, which is the core of this answer, is the fact that I can quiet my mind while I move, focusing on the energy that flows through me, and start fresh everytime. ❤
