How do you manage to keep exercising when there’s a sudden event?

Make time for what is most important to you is what really matters. If exercise is important to you then keep exercising but if the event that suddenly comes up is more important that you can always come back to exercise and forgive yourself for not completing the exercise earlier

depends on the type of event, but depending on the circumstances of such event, you should be able to still find a way to exercise you know a part of your body or if it’s a mental workout, you should be able to do something on your device that works out your brain but taking rest days won’t hurt long as these sun events don’t happen very often consider the sudden events to be rest days but remember you gotta make up for the sudden event the next day, depending on the area of your body that you are working or that you were going to work that day
