How do you make yourself exercise when you are having your period?

Our bodies need different things when we are in our periods. For me, exercise typically looks like yoga (bc all my muscles all tight from cramping) and walking, sometimes outside, sometimes on a treadmill (bc it feels like it helps move things around, especially when i have issues with bloating). Swimming has also been really soothing, as the cold pool water also helps calm my cramps
