To make cleaning more desirable, try reframing it as a form of self-care rather than a chore. Set a timer for short bursts of cleaning, and pair it with something enjoyable, like your favorite music or podcast. Create a ritual around cleaning—perhaps a specific time each week when you tidy up while reflecting on your goals. This approach transforms cleaning into a rewarding routine that contributes to a clean environment, enhancing your overall well-being and productivity.

I would act as in a game. I would pretend I am a paid cleaner and give myself 1h to clean up. When I am done, I would "pay" myself with some money to get a drink etc. setting a timer and putting on some music makes any task seem easier!
