I personally eat simple things. Sweet option: yogurt with some fruit (peaches, apples, blueberries…) inside, a piece of dark chocolate and sometimes I add puffed spelt (I think it is the only thing a bit more expensive). Salty option: slice of bread toasted in a pan with some butter, a scrambled egg and a fruit juice (sometimes I eat an apple after). Actually, I usually eat toasted bread with jam, so tasty!! You do not need to buy expensive food to have a good breakfast, consider buying simple food that you can easily match but, most importantly, eat something you like and that gives you the energy to face your day!!
