How do you maintain your dedication?

Honestly, I like my changed body and I don’t want to go back to the way I was. My mind, my physical body, my energy, my wallet are all stronger because I stopped acting like my ADHD wasn’t real. I asked for help in a low pressure and low commitment way. What is the app going to do? Yell at me. Delete itself because I missed a routine. It just starts over everyday. Like I can and I can decide each day what feels good to me. If I want a burger instead of a salad, is the app going to stop me? I just won’t mark that off for today. Or if I really feel like working out after 2 weeks of not. The app doesn’t care. The checklist is still there and it’s not going to change. So I can do whatever I want at the pace I want and the closer I get to my goal the more I want to pursue it. This app just helped me take the first step.
