To determine which areas of your body to work out, consider your fitness goals and any specific areas you want to improve. If you’re short on time, focus on compound exercises that engage multiple muscle groups, such as squats or push-ups. You can also alternate your focus each day to cover different areas throughout the week. Remember, consistency is key, so even a few minutes of targeted exercise can contribute to your overall fitness. Create a routine that fits your schedule and gradually build on it!

How do I know? I don’t. I listen to my body. If there is a time constraint present you can always get something done. Whether is 10-30 pushups every morning or night or sit-ups or a mini yoga or stretch session is just fine! Just get moving today! Don’t let your body settle into a routine, surprise yourself. & always remember to hydrate, drink your water! Don’t stress about it just do a little bit of something paired with consistency; it’ll add up and you’ll be rewarded with strength & flexibility.

It is best to establish a routine. Example, day 1 arms. Day 2 upper body. Day 3 legs. And so on. Work on your full body day by day.

Usually the parts you don’t work on alot. Like if your always on your feet you should work out your arms. Some jumping jacks or push ups are always fine if your in a rush 🤙🏻
