The truth is, you don’t know until you try.

For me, it was Yoga. What started with a few rounds of Sun Salutations gradually became a journey of learning and self-discovery. Over time, I realized that yoga is much more than physical postures—it is a way of life that helps improve physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Many people spend too much time searching for the “perfect” workout before they even begin. My advice is simple: start somewhere. Try different forms of exercise, whether it’s yoga, walking, running, strength training, or dancing. Give each one enough time and observe how your body and mind respond.
The best workout is not the one that is trending or popular; it’s the one you can enjoy consistently and that makes you feel healthier, stronger, and happier.
Your fitness journey is all about experimentation, patience, and consistency. Start small, stay committed, and trust the process. Over time, you’ll discover what truly works for you.
