How do you keep motivated to work out after you wake up? I sometimes can’t get myself to it because I feel so sleepy and always tell myself I have time to do it later.
Staying motivated to work out after waking up can be challenging, especially when sleepiness sets in. To overcome this, establish a morning ritual that excites you, such as listening to uplifting music or doing a quick stretch. Set a specific time for your workout and place your workout clothes nearby to create a visual cue. Remind yourself of your fitness goals and the benefits of exercising early. Consistency is key; the more you practice this routine, the easier it will become to get moving in the morning.
Do you have to work out in the morning? Did you try to work out later during the day? If you did, how did you feel about it? Better, or you just skip it? Anyway, maybe you just need to change routine from time to time. For example, dance (if you like it) in the morning, once a week, instead of work out, or do something else that you like, that is physical. So you will have something to look forward to during the week. You should work out, but you can do that on your own terms. Have fun, and be healthy 🤩
