Honestly, it’s through self affirmation and knowing that it my hormones acting up so I try to be positive. For the depressive feeling, I allow myself feel it then cry and sleep, then pray and talk with my best friend or mum.

I try to stay positive and change my attitude whenever there’s something going on that is not very positive it is negative. I turn it around into where it is working for my good. I also read my Bible and clear descriptions of the Lord has of my life he has a piece of all understanding and he died on the cross, and he loves me. He sees all of my tears, and he knows my name and there’s always gonna be a bit something better coming along just waking up in the morning let you know you’ve conquer the world.
