How do you keep consistent with it and focused, especially with adhd. I struggle to stay in the moment.

Ryan Q.
My life changed when I got medication for my adhd. Talk to your doctor about it if you haven’t.

As for consistency, it is all about building systems that make it easy to do the things that you want to be consistent with. Set out your clothes the night before, brush your teeth after dinner, keep your toothbrush in the kitchen etc. Set reminders for things on your phone you consistently forget.

Staying in the moment means being present and not dwelling in the past or worrying about the future. Breathe, focus on your breath, realize you are not your thoughts. Hope this helps, I have full confidence in you 🌟

So here is my advice to you on being consistent because my son has adhd and I have to constantly get him back on track. You need to put something up and visual to remind you of what and why you are doing something meaningful…….it won’t be iimportant to noone else but you. Regardless of what it is that is at at stake. Weight, exercise, bad habits, or even healthy habits. Don’t feed( listen)to your mind with negative thoughts, they will come. You got this but you must believe in you. Replace the negative with positive and put it out on your wall( somewhere visible!

I meditate twice a day no matter what I just show up at the same time in the same place in my house and use sound to train my brain wave patterns. This helps me focus throughout the entire day.I’ve been doing this for years and it works amazingly well. I actually have a Sound meditation audios that really help —-vibrationsofjoy.com
