How do you have your breakfast? Do you eat rice? Or cereal? Or maybe something entirely different?

During the week I always eat porridge with yogurt and fruits (keep it simple so you can prepare the night before and get in in quickly if you don’t have much time) and on weekends I like to treat myself something special that I enjoy (a sandwich with avocado, eggs, rolls, pancakes or sometimes even pizza from the day before or a piece of cake if I feel like it.. yes, that’s not a classical healthy breakfast but having recovered from anorexia I’m proud I can enjoy those delicious treats again, no matter what others might think :))
