How do you get up the motivation to exercise in heat and humidity?

My preferred form of exercise is running. Just like many other habits, it is easier to get up and run if I am setting myself up for success before actually putting my shoes on. When it’s hot during the summer, i like to run early in the morning when it’s cooler outside. When it’s cold outside, I will take a cold shower before walking out the door. Make sure your running shoes are one of the first things you see in the morning, hydrate before you go to bed, and have treat yourself to your favorite music on your run.
