How do you get to 1-minute stretch exercise

In the morning, there’s always something stiff, something out of place. Starting with a slow roll of the head, once you throw your legs over the edge of the bed, you gently go from lifting your chin, to rolling your shoulders. Just a bit of movement is all it takes. The rest is what feels right. Bending over to touch your toes, or twisting to get the back moving. My favorite is doing some rib shifts… makes me want to dance in the morning.
