How do you get motivated to workout in the morning? I am not a morning person but would like to be more productive in the morning.
Getting motivated to work out in the morning can be challenging, especially if you’re not naturally a morning person. Start by setting a consistent wake-up time and prepare your workout clothes the night before. Create a simple morning ritual that includes a quick warm-up or stretching to ease into the routine. Consider pairing your workout with a rewarding activity, like listening to your favorite podcast or music. Gradually, as you build this habit, you’ll find it easier to embrace morning workouts and increase your productivity.
I do not get motivated. I just do it. And I allow myself to switch to evening workout if I feel to tired in the morning. That’s totally okay and fine. If I can’t workout at the evening I do it in the morning anyway. If I feel too tired to do it I shortening my workout routine. If that is still too exhausting for my body that day - I skipped. But never two days in a row.
