Fabulous CoachBehavioral Science AssistantRecommended AnswerAI Summary

Getting back on the exercise wagon starts with self-compassion. Acknowledge that setbacks are normal. Begin by setting small, achievable goals to rebuild your routine, such as a short daily walk or a few minutes of stretching. Create a schedule that includes these activities as meaningful daily rituals, and gradually increase intensity. Consider finding an accountability partner or joining a community for support. Remember, consistency is key in developing lasting healthy habits. Celebrate your progress, no matter how small!

I always schedule my work outs because I dance everyday and so I must do an exercise before I start even if it’s late I’ll just do it I won’t postpone it just because I’m late I take my time to fill it in the gap
