How do you force yourself to exercise ?

Great Question! I don’t like to force myself to exercise. But, I feel better in my body and my mind when I do it. First, I remember I’m doing this as an act of self-love because I deserve to feel good. Second, I only do a 5 minute work out if I dont feel like working out. You may go a whole week doing just 5 minute exercises, and that’s ok! You still did it, no matter what you faced. Third, be so so so proud of yourself when you exercise!
