I try to think how healthy this breakfast is and how it’s good for me. If I don’t like that breakfast I’ll have my favorite healthy breakfast instead so I will be willing to eat it more.

Most times I look at it as mind over matter. Eventually I’ll have to eat so why not do it now. I usually start with fruits in small proportions only because it’s light. Eventually my appetite would open and then I’ll move on the a main course. That’s the steps I take to eat when I’m not feeling to eat or not hungry enough to eat solid foods.
