How do you fit in working out if you have a busy schedule with long days (e.g. 9am – 10pm)?
Starting my day with a workout ensures I don't put it off or make excuses. Early mornings are a challenge for me, but once I'm up, I'M UP, and i feel accomplished and ready for whatever the day brings.
