How do you fit in morning exercise when you work mixed shift patterns? Thanks

It’s less about the time on the clock, and more about the flow of your day. Think about how you wake up… Do you open your eyes and yawn, stretching your arms and legs out and away from your body? Or do you hit the snooze, and burrow under the sheets for another 5 minutes? I want to be the latter, but don’t plan that far ahead. That’s a good thing, because it would start my day off wrong for what I intend to do with it. My stretching starts as soon as I wake up. Stretch overhead to grab my water. Put it on the side I’ll crawl out of. Four minutes of caterpillar, butterfly, hamstring stretch, and hen I get up and brush my teeth. Maybe you lunge from bedroom to bathroom, or bathroom to kitchen… The point is you move your body outside of the comfort zone it is used to. This stimulated brain activity, promotes blood flow to limbs and muscles, and gives you a nice glow, if I may say so. Cheerios!
