How do you find the will to exercise when time is very short / in a hurry?

Idk if I’m understanding your question right, but if I’m in a hurry or short on time, I’m usually a little anxious. Exercise can help calm anxiety, so I might use that as a motivator to do a few jumping jacks or a couple pushups or stretch. Like shaking out the nerves.

I still struggle with the want for impact instead of consistency. Short workouts don’t feel impactful.
But firstly I focus on consistency that helped a lot. Then I had to find short impactful feeling exercises like the two minutes workout I do. Finally I use the short workout to measure progress. Does it feel lighter than in the beginning can I do more reps of each exercise in the alloted 20 seconds. Finding that 2 minutes workout and calling it my minimum viable effort really helped to be more consistent especially when I am in a rush.
