It’s definitely hard with school and afterschool activities, but I typically find time either in the early morning or late afternoon. If I have the energy, I wake up nice and early to exercise for a short period of time. If morning doesn’t work and I really don’t have time in the afternoon, then I do a small stretch right before bed. This usually calms my body and I use it as a time to review how my day was and clear my thoughts.
