Not eating a good breakfast impacts my entire day afterward. Sometimes I’ll end up nauseous or in pain, or simply lose my energy and/or motivation for the day more quickly. Either way, not eating a proper breakfast feels like starting my day off on the wrong foot. It feels uncomfortable and makes me feel worse about myself since it’s such an easily avoidable obstacle.
