How do you exercise if you have critical days?
Exercising during critical days can be challenging, but it’s important to listen to your body. Consider low-impact activities like walking, yoga, or gentle stretching that can help alleviate discomfort. Establishing a routine that includes these exercises can promote lasting healthy habits while respecting your body’s needs. Remember, the goal is to create meaningful daily rituals that enhance your well-being, so find what feels right for you and adjust your routine accordingly.
When I’m struggling I will do stretches for my exercise because at least I did something and I try to let that be enough. If it’s an incredibly hard day I might do less than 5 minutes, but I DID it!
During hard days, when I just don’t feel like exercising or I can’t exercise because of hard days, I just go in with stretching. Stretching is really important to do if you’re not able to exercise. Stretching helps by opening your muscles and adds to the progress you have made from exercising.
On a regular basis I used to workout for 30 mins ..but sometimes it not get possible for me but I made atleast 10 mins a day for exercise
