Do groceries and prep your food (what you can for the week a head), wake up earlier (also go to bed earlier to be able to do this), make a plan night before (what will I eat and at what time will I wake up), make a plan for exercise and put it in your Calendar like any other appointment and put your gym outfit next to your bed and your water bottle and towel, make a good music playlist in advance or select a good podcast you look forward to to listen to, just go even if you just do a little bit- consistency over perfection, treat yourself with a nice proteïne shake or coffee after the workout so you can look forward to it and don’t be to hard if you didn’t go, just try again the next day!
