Look at past you make meal or breakfast every day and make streak if today not make your streak lose you get disappointed .

Every morning after workout…I become hungry so my brain automatically know or rather accepts the fact that i have to eat. So there is nothing about discipline to prepare….I mean if I am hungry I have to make something right, something that will give me energy to go on for the rest of the day, until lunch. So just think about preparing breakfast every morning as a energy boost to your rest of the day….I guess that will motivate you. Oh! and always eat something healthy 😋 😄
