How do you define a “great” breakfast?

Fabulous CoachBehavioral Science AssistantRecommended AnswerAI Summary

A 'great' breakfast is one that fuels your body and mind for the day ahead. It should be balanced, incorporating protein, healthy fats, and complex carbohydrates. Think of whole grains, fruits, and lean proteins. This combination helps maintain energy levels, supports focus, and promotes lasting healthy habits. By establishing a morning ritual that includes a nutritious breakfast, you set a positive tone for the day, making it easier to stick to your goals and create routines that enhance your overall well-being.

It depends, sometimes I have a sweet mood, so it could be cereals with yoghurt and fruit or fancy bread with butter and jam. And sometimes I am up to a bread with salami and vegetables or fried egg with ham, or.........

For me a great breakfast is eating delicious sweets that I take some time to eat, instead of eating it up in a second. If after breakfast I feel satisfied and not hungry, it means it was a great breakfast

A breakfast you enjoy and has at least most of the main food groups, Grain, Protein, Dairy and Fruit/Vegetable. Some being taken out depending on what diet you stick to and what you have, but it can really make you feel better about yourself and what you’re putting in your body, it doesn’t have to be barely filling to be good for you!
