How do you decide what a “great breakfast” is? I like how open this is because it makes it possible to interpret it as you’d like. Is “great” healthy, satisfying, large, or a mix of these/something else?

I usually decide a “great breakfast” as something healthy for me, that I also enjoy. I like to mix those, as well. For example, I try to start my day with protein, such as a meat, and I’ll mix it with pancakes, or waffles, or even a sugar filled cereal. I try to add in some eggs for fiber of I’m feeling super healthy. I give myself the nutrients I need, while also enjoying my favorite and satisfying my sweet tooth.
