This is a hard question. I think it is up to the individual to decide. I would say for myself I would wait until I am 100% well. Yes, you may get out of routine, but you will get back to working out. I would listen to your body.

Well, that would be complicated, but I would say even if you don't feel like it, if you can do it, why not try it. Start out slow and do things like just turning on music and dancing to it or taking a walk outside. It might help you feel better!
