I don’t actually. I have a serious problem with procrastinating, and just not getting things done. The fear of me loosing out or missing things is what keeps me on my phone. I hate it. I really need help with my procrastination problem because it’s taken over my life I’m not a good way.
Try and get a time for no phones. On this app you can set times to disconnect and unplug! 30 minutes of no phones then an hour then add more if wished!
