Better to be just when you come back from work to your comfort zone, relax from everything, receiving fresh mind and new energy for later on the day

A half hour before bed, that gives you time to relax and reflect on the day. By allowing yourself to rest in silence, you are able to think through things that would otherwise keep you up when you try to sleep.

For me from 9pm, make a herbal tea, a nighttime one. The smell is associated with sleep, then slowly prep for the evening, allow time to drink tea and make final visit to the bathroom. Get a drink of water for the morning. And off with tech. Maybe get a separate clock for time and alarms so you don’t check phone for time and start reading notifications! Sleep well
