How do you deal with excercise when injured?
Dealing with exercise when injured requires a mindful approach. First, consult a healthcare professional to understand your limitations. Focus on gentle movements or alternative activities that don’t aggravate your injury, such as swimming or yoga. Incorporate restorative practices like stretching and meditation to promote healing. Remember, the goal is to maintain a routine that supports your recovery while establishing healthy habits. Listen to your body and gradually reintroduce exercise as you heal.
If it is very focused I try to rest that specific area, but if you are really injured you definitely have to rest it. The best advice is warm up, if the pain eases you can train, but if it starts hurting more as you warm up, rest for the day
