How do u manage to exercise even when it is in a break from work/school

I’m in a fortunate position where I can walk to and from school (40 mins) so I always try do that so I can get some exercise through that and not stress about it at school. If I haven’t walked then in breaks I find stairs and run up and down them, taking each step to get my heart rate up. Or I kick a ball around with friends. On really busy days if I can’t take a break and a walk then I stretch every hour whether that is standing or sitting. Then I go to the gym in the evening if I can. On busy days where I don’t go to the gym I make sure to remind myself that I have not failed the day – I have just focused on getting work tasks done.
