How do people manage to get up and go running? - I just can’t be that energetic in the morning!
Getting up and going for a run in the morning can be challenging, but establishing a routine can help. Start by setting a consistent wake-up time and lay out your running clothes the night before. Gradually adjust your bedtime to ensure you get enough rest. Incorporate small rituals, like light stretching or listening to energizing music, to create a positive mindset. Remember, building this habit takes time, so be patient and celebrate your progress along the way!
I think you have to put your running shoes somewhere you’ll see them in the morning as a reminder. Then just head out it doesn’t have to be a high energy run just a slow jog or walk even. You have to have no expectations of your run before you go out that way anything you achieve is a win.
