How do I stop late night snacking? I’m good all day until the evening rolls around and then my self discipline is non-existent.

What has worked for me is to have a salad right before dinner and after dinner if you’re still hungry you could grab a few almonds or have spoonful of peanut butter. It checks my cravings and keeps me full

You can start by switching to healthier snacks, something baked for example or popcorn. You will feel better if you did this as it’s a healthier choice and you can eliminate eating at night on a longer period so it doesn’t feel hard. Also maybe if you had a protein lunch you are less likely to feel like eating stuff. You can also try preparing a nice drink whether hot or cold – this can be an alternative.
