Hello There, it’s not You, it’s your subconscious not wanting your body to feel the pain it went through after your last workout. Knowing that, you need to think of doing a few reps of 3 simple exercises. Do the reps, and commit to doing them everyday. You will train your subconscious to not fear the workout pain. This will eliminate coming up with excuses. 3 simple exercises as many reps AS YOU WANT. 1 last thing, take a before and 100th day/workout picture, it’s gonna take time to see the results, you’re not making instant kool-aid. Find your workout music.
