How do i stay motivated?

I’m not immortal. I only have one life and I’m the one deciding what I do with it. I don’t want to look back and think “I could have done better”.
On the moment, it’s easy and comfortable to procrastinate but looking back, it’s hurtful to realise what we haven’t and could have done.
One life and no regrets. That’s how I want to feel
