How do I motivate myself to get up and make a healthy breakfast?

Think about what you want to eat the night before and prepare some things beforehand. That way you don’t feel overwhelmed when you wake up. Set your favorite music to dance (or one that energizes and lifts your mood when you listen to it) as your alarm, then the first thing you want to do in the morning will be to dance and not hitting the snooze ☺️
