How do I motivate myself to exercise when I have so much other stuff to do that always seems to take priority?
To motivate yourself to exercise despite a busy schedule, start by prioritizing your health as a non-negotiable task. Set specific, achievable goals and schedule short, focused workouts that fit into your day. Incorporate exercise into your daily rituals, like taking a walk during breaks or doing a quick workout in the morning. Remember, even small amounts of activity can add up and make a difference. Consistency is key, so find enjoyable activities that you can commit to regularly, and gradually build your routine.
anche se non ho voglia e cerco altre cose da fare in un primo momento penso a come mi sento dopo, soddisfatta, leggera e fiera di me. in più mi dà anche risultati sul mio corpo che si vedranno visibilmente nel tempo
That’s a really tough one and I don’t have it 100% solved yet. But what has worked best for me is plan a really short workout that requires no particular equipment, then wait til a moment when I find myself wasting time (reading news or social media or whatever). Then I say to myself, you have time for that workout now! You will feel so much better after doing exercise for the next 7 minutes than you would if you just stared at your phone!
